Immigration to the US by people seeking asylum is increasing, but our methods for providing safety for migrating people have not yet adapted to this increasing need. Whenever people travel from one community to another, there is a concern about the spread of infections. In this talk, D r. Moharebwill discuss how perceptions of infection can impact immigration, and how we can humanely and safely mitigate infection risks among migrating people.
